Verizon LG Lucid Affordable 4G Smartphone

Galaxyneon- Verizon Wireless brings a new 4G LTE smartphone, the LG Lucid with an affordable price. The new handset supports Verizon’s 4G LTE mobile network, and includes mobile hotspot feature for users to share 4G internet connection to up to 10 WiFi devices. The Lucid is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM.
The LG Lucid comes with a 4-inch touchscreen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, which should be enough for creating and editing HD videos right on the Lucid using the pre-loaded Video Producer app. The phone has a 5 Megapixel auto focus main camera with flash and Full HD 1080p video recording and a front camera for video chat. It supports Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi as well as DLNA for wireless SmartShare of media.
LG’s Lucid runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread, upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich; and comes pre-loaded with Polaris Office app, Quick Reply, Quick Dialer widget and Swype keyboard. Coming in 29 March, the Lucid is priced at $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a 2-year contract.
