Galayneon - You like your iPad and enjoy using it for games and web, but you just want to get a better speaker for it. Here comes a not-so-affordable option. Bang & Olufsen’s all-new BeoPlay A3 iPad speaker system. Created by Danish designer Steffen Schmelling, the speaker has a unique design. Unlike most iPad speakers that makes your iPad stand, the A3 is a basically a wedge that allows you to pop in your iPad to enjoy music.
The BeoPlay A3 is equipped with a 2.1 stereo system with three 1/2-inch tweeter and a 2-inch woofer, and a Class D amplifier. It includes the Adaptive Stereo Orientation technology that will sense the orientation of the speaker and chooses which of four speakers to activate for best sound output. With its unique design, you can lat it on a table for typing and stand it horizontally for enjoying video. Using iPad compatible alarm clock app, you can also turn the A3 into your alarm clock that will wake you up with your favorite music.
The A3 is made from protective PC ABS plastic with aluminum frame and comes in black finish. It works with iPad and iPad 2. The battery allows up to 5 hours of playing time. When connected to wall power outlet, it charges not only itself but also your iPad.
